Spotify expands Reserved with share cards and setlist playlists

Spotify is building more post-show and fan-sharing tools around Reserved. Here is why artists should care even when they are not selling tickets yet.

What Spotify added

Spotify expanded the Reserved experience with personalized share cards, setlist playlists and a more centralized destination for fans using the feature. Reserved began as a way to connect highly engaged Premium listeners with ticket access; the newer additions extend that relationship around the live event.

Why this matters for release marketing

Streaming profiles are no longer only catalog pages. Spotify continues to connect listening behavior with live events, merch, sharing and fan identity. Even independent artists who are early in their touring life should keep profiles accurate and make sure releases land on the correct artist identity.

A clean profile makes every later feature easier: followers accumulate in one place, catalog data stays attached to the same artist, and fans are less likely to encounter fragmented pages.
