Understand reporting periods, status, imported date, provider label, and net earnings.
Understand the reporting timeline
Streams and other activity can appear in performance analytics before the related money appears in royalty reporting. Financial reports arrive later because stores close and report accounting periods on their own schedules.
Use the statement period to understand when the activity was earned. Do not assume the date a statement appears is the date the underlying streams occurred.
Review earnings in NORTH

Open Royalties in your NORTH workspace.

Review the earnings trend for the reporting period you care about.

Open the statement list and compare period, status, import date, and net amount.

Use release and track context where available to understand which catalog generated the earnings.

Use the beneficiary portal when you need the payee-side balance and withdrawal workflow.
Track the beneficiary balance
After you have accepted at least one NORTH allocation and completed portal setup, use the beneficiary portal to follow the balance posted to your payee account as monthly reporting is processed.
Once the available balance reaches $50, you can request a PayPal withdrawal. A smaller balance remains in the account and continues accumulating.
